It all begins with an idea.
What is missing in my life? I've often asked myself this question. Despite a successful legal career in Malaysia and Singapore spanning 25 years, I still felt unfulfilled, sensing untapped potential.
Something was still missing.
I discovered coaching at work. Its impact motivated me to pursue professional training despite a busy life. It wasn’t an easy decision but with much prayer and discussion with my husband, I decided to take this leap of faith and never regretted it since.
My passion as a coach is to support and empower introverts (or those with a quieter disposition) to embrace their uniqueness and dive deeper to understand their strengths and purpose.
The inspiration for River Life Coaching is derived from my River Coaching Model. Picture your life as a river. The source of the river symbolizes your life’s values. Its course reflects the essence of who you are. Contemplate whether your river flows peacefully or if its path is obstructed by challenges. Ultimately, as the river converges at the delta, it embodies the legacy you leave behind—a testament to your influence on others and the mark you make in the world.

Coach Training
I trained as a coach at the International Coach Academy in 2019. It is an accredited program by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The program includes 125+ hours of theory, peer coaching, mentor coaching, observed coaching, and evaluation.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation. With over 1,200 coaching hours, I prioritize ethical standards and professional excellence.

Positive Psychology
Certified in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) in June 2024, I specialize in strengths identification, resilience building, and positive interventions to boost well-being and happiness.

Mentor Coach Certification
I trained as a mentor with the intention to contribute and support the coaching community. I was certified as a mentor coach by Jamee Tenzer and Sheri Boone in their Mentor Coach Certification program.
