Ways to Work Together
Our work is shaped around three areas of practice, each grounded in thoughtful reflection, professional rigour and sustainable development.
Choose the pathway that best reflects the support you are seeking.
For Organisations Develop thoughtful, adaptable and influential leaders who can navigate complexity and perform sustainably without compromising trust or authenticity.
For Individuals
Navigate change, clarify what matters and move forward with greater confidence, presence and intention.
For Coaches
Develop your coaching capability and professional practice through mentor coaching and coaching supervision.
Leadership is not a fixed destination or a linear path.
It is a continual practice of responding intentionally to changing demands, relationships and circumstances.
The River Leadership Framework™ brings together four interconnected lenses:
Navigate. Flow. Boundary. Influence.
These lenses support greater clarity, adaptability, sustainable capacity and purposeful impact whether you are leading yourself, other people or an organisation.

Why River Life Coaching?
Professional and Corporate Insight
Jenny brings more than 25 years of legal and corporate experience to her work as an executive coach. She understands the demands of high-pressure, regulated and professionally complex environments.
Evidence-informed Practice
Our work draws from coaching psychology, positive psychology, leadership development and reflective practice, while remaining grounded in each client’s actual context.
Development Without Prescription
We do not believe effective leadership requires people to adopt a particular personality or perform a version of who they think they should be. Development begins with greater awareness and intentional choice.
Confidential and Ethical Partnership
Coaching conversations are held with care, discretion and respect for professional boundaries, guided by the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation.
