Who I Am and How I Work
I believe the best learning happens together.
In mentor coaching, we explore your practice side by side, learning from each other and permitting ourselves to be human. For ICF coaches, it is as much about understanding and embedding the ICF Core Competencies in your coaching as it is about reflection, growth, and finding your own way as a coach without the pressure to be perfect.
In supervision, who I am is how I supervise. I draw from my own lived-in experiences to partner with you, holding space for your reflections, challenges, and ethical questions. My purpose as your supervisor is to ensure that you do not feel that you are on your coaching journey alone.
In our work together, whether through mentoring or supervision, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest about your practice. I offer my observations in a way that honours your unique style, practical insights from my own coaching journey (including the messy parts!), and genuine curiosity about what’s happening for you in your work.
Coaching is both an art and a science. While ICF competencies provide a helpful structure, what matters most is the authentic connection we create with our clients and with ourselves as practitioners. Together, we’ll explore your practice, presence, and growth, so you can show up fully as the coach you want to be.

One-on-one Supervision
Supervision focuses on you. It is a reflective partnership to support your growth as a coach. Together, we explore normative (standards and ethics), formative (skills and development), and restorative (wellbeing and support) aspects of your practice.
We will discuss the number and frequency of sessions to cater to your needs.
About my supervision journey: I’m in the midst of my advanced training as a coach supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy (certification expected August 2026).
My invitation to you
Your coaching journey is unique, and the support you need should match where you are right now. Whether it’s one-on-one mentor coaching, group mentoring, or one-on-one supervision, you get to choose what serves you best.
Take a moment to reflect on what would help you grow most and show up fully as a coach.
