It begins with purpose and the courage to live it.

I became a lawyer because I wanted to support people when they needed it most. After more than 25 years in law, I realised that my greatest fulfilment came from helping people think clearly, recognise their potential and navigate challenges without losing sight of who they are.

That led me to coaching and to founding River Life Coaching.

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a mentor coach holding the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization at the ACC and PCC levels, a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner and a coach supervisor-in-training. My work spans executive coaching and leadership development, mentor coaching, and coaching supervision.

I have a particular interest in thoughtful and quieter professionals whose strengths may not always be immediately visible. I believe meaningful impact does not require people to become louder or compromise who they are.

    Positive Psychology

Development should deepen who you are, not require you to become someone else.

Whether I am working with a leader, an organisation or a coach, I believe meaningful development begins with honest reflection, psychological safety and respect for the person and system involved.

My role is not to prescribe a particular way of leading or practising. It is to help you see more clearly, make intentional choices and create change that you can sustain.

If you would like to explore working together, you are welcome to begin with a conversation.
